We’ll get to know your personality, preferences and the flow of your wedding day on a phone call, so we can talk about your vision. The goal for our first call is to get to know each other better, so we know what’s important to one another.
We’ll exchange questions, potential problems, and discover solutions together in this introduction. our calls are a good time to talk about options, contingencies, and make professional recommendations based on what we learn.

It’s our standard to deliver your Wedding Project within 7 business days. Some custom integrations may require more time for the preservation of quality, but we’ll always communicate with you about that openly & honestly before we start.
Our priority is to deliver your custom project while it’s fresh in your hearts & minds. We would personally look forward to reflecting our project on our honeymoon, so we want to give your that possibility.

Standard in all packages; Our raw file transfer service acts as insurance for every photo, video, and audio source captured on your wedding day.
You’ll Retain Ownership and unrestricted rights to the use & creative manipulation of all raw files captured during your wedding project. Transferred via Samsung T7 Series SSD & overnight shipped to an address of your choice.
we do this to give you flexibility & security for a lifetime. You never know what you’ll want to create in the future. we think it’s important that you’re equipped with unlimited options.

Relevant to your location/Venue:
We’ll integrate thoughtful location scouting, posing, on-camera coaching, and set staging as-neccessary based on the directed scenes we design together in your project plan.

We’ll help you consider & implement the amount of video or photo coverage you need for your wedding day & surrounding events.

Drone video coverage of the environment & directed scenes is included standard based on your desire & local legality.

We’ll integrate wirelessly-transmitted audio recording to the Bride, Groom, Officiant, Bridal Party Members, or Special Guests as-neccessary for directed scenes. Our audio pairs seamlessly with our A cam & B cam files, so they’re easy to watch / listen in their unedited form.
we’ll consider and plan for the best audio strategy for directed scenes or candid events. (first look, speeches, gift reveals, note readings, video messages, vow readings, storytelling segments, etc.)

By standard, project dates are reserved with a deposit that reflects 50% of the total project cost.
Alternatively, we’re happy to customize a unique payment plan to make one of our projects possible for you.
We accept credit card payments, cash, checks, online bank transfers, and other options depending on practicality.
